Changing SIP URI on UC560

Im working into get connected with a new SIP provider and currently running test. They only support a sip uri with <sip:My_DID@my_ip_address:5060;tgrp=trunk_group_name;trunk-context=SIP_Proxy_FQDN@my_ip_address> but i am unable to do it.
Have anyone had a similar request using an UC500 series?

I'm currently sending
Contact: <sip:my_did@my_ip_address:5060>

Thanks,

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i just became aware of the following command but I'm not sure how to implement it to provide what is required

request INVITE sip-header SIP-Req-URI modify
PhonebuffCommented:
That looks like a CLI command --

You might be better looking at the SIP trunk & SIP Profile in the GUI.
