IP Spoof Dropped Alerts

Since last Friday i have noticed throughout the day im seeing IP Spoof alerts on my Sonic wall. The good thing is that the Sonic wall says "IP Spoof Dropped".

The source IP cant be traced to any location
There are two Destination IP's
One goes to Microsoft and the other has no info

I created a rule on the Firewall to block the LAN IP to the Destination WAN IP, but the alerts still appear on my log.

Should I be concerned? Should I not stress it if the firewall is saying "IP Spoof Dropped"? If so how can I resolve this?

Thanks in advance

Figured out the issue. I ran antivirus scans on everything and nothing. Also even power cycled the firewall nada. So I went to check all work spaces to see if anything is plugged into the LAN ports without Authorization. One of our Access Points which is configured to run with Comcast in our guest environment and not the office ISP. It was plugged into the work LAN port by mistake by someone after the room was remodeled. Thanks for your help and info.
