Email sent as a secondary account are showing up as on behalf of.

We have several users that are sending email from a shared mailbox. The emails use to be delivered as the shared mailbox. Recently the emails have started showing up as "On behalf of" the shared mailbox.
The users have the rights to send as the user, but it is not working correctly.
We are running Exchange and Outlook 2010.

Please check if anyone have changed permission on shared mailbox for users?

No, the permissions have not been changed. It recently stopped working for several users and shared mailboxes.

did you check if they are choosing from option correctly in outlook?

also try to check if from OWA works perfectly. It can be issue with any cache with Outlook as well.

I am trying it myself. We are using cached Exchange mode, so I tried it through OWA as well, same result.
I attached a screen shot of the message I sent and what I received.

1) Remove the "send on behalf of" permission on the shared mailbox for your id
2) Make sure your id has  "send as" permission for that shared Mailbox

if still no go than restart information store service and check the issue.
