Record in .wrf format

I need to record a demo in .wrf format. If I start a webex and press the record button, it records the voice as well as screen actions just fine, but it saves the recording in .arf format.

The reason I need .wrf format is because I can easily convert the recording to .mp4 (or other formats) without the need for third party converters.

Can someone please let me know how to record in .wrf format instead of .arf.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

My 35 speakers and I provide 1,000+ webinars a year. About half using WebEx. 90% are 2 hours and I want to post 10 or 15 minute excerpt on our website The Pros & The Cons. But when I convert WebEx arf to wmv, the audio is out of sync and the video resolution degrades. I haven't found any 3rd party conversion software.

Any ideas how to do an accurate conversion?
