"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

its posible but far away from 100%, also depends on how full the affected hdd is.

if you recover deleted files you need to do it on another system to prevent the running windows and the recovering tool to overwrite your files you want to get back.

after you got as much as possible reinstall windows on the infected PC. dont clean the infection you might miss some things the atacker changed and he might be back in fast.

Runtime software have 2 good recovery tools. Get data Back for NTFS or FAT depending what filesystem you need to recover from.
