Remote apps authentication problem

Hi

Having issues with authentication for remote apps.

Step 1. When setting up the initial connection with the url, the security dialogue box comes up, details are entered. This works and the remote apps are added to the start menu.

Step 2. When an attempt to run one of the apps is made, a Windows security dialogue box comes up again, and even though correct credentials are entered (same as when setting up the connection) It fails.

This is happening for more than one user account and they all have the correct permissions and group membership

Any help with this much appreciated.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
