Quickbooks

Question: Whenever any of the Accounting employees (total of 3 including me) has worked with QuickBooks during the day, they are not able to log off of our computers at the end of the day because QuickBooks files are in use.

Now there is some tips online on the subject including using the QuickBooks as Muti-user, but the problem is it was working before as it was.

Sure we update to a newer version?

Any idea guys or shortcut?

It is best (by far) at the end of a QuickBooks session to (1) close the file (not by exiting QB). Use File Close Company/Logoff. Then close QuickBooks.

Now you will not have Windows Logoff problems.

You can potentially damage the QB database by logging off Windows without closing QuickBooks.
