Problem connecting Dell XPS 13 to wifi via WPA2-PSK

I am trying to connect a new Dell XPS 13 (9343) running Windows 8.1 Pro to wifi network.
Network card is Dell Wireless 1560 802.11ac
Wifi Network: Cisco WLC 2106 (Software Version: 6.0.202.0) supports 802.11 a/b/g/n (Does NOT support 802.11ac)

Can connect to same wifi network (Guest Network SSID) via Web-Auth.  However, it fails trying to connect via WPA2-PSK to production network SSID.

Debug client on WLC shows that WLC never gets a M2 reply back.  Please see below.

Any chance you can upgrade the code to 7.0.252.0?  Your current version of code is well out of date!
