using smart file manager Android what is location of gallery and location of photo

There is a pictures directory in the root where screenshots are stored. Otherwise you are going to have to do a search for .jpg

If you have set it to use an on board SD card
root/SD card/DCIM/Camera
Gallery should use
root/Internal storage/DCIM/Camera
or
root/Internal storage/DCIM/Camera/100AND
But if you have created your own directory and loaded images into it, long click on an image and it will ask you if you want to open it with gallery. If you click ok then gallery will add this directory to its search path. I cannot help you with whatsapp, but here is a link to the faq
