Meeting Request - Outlook 2007/2013

Hello Experts - I have this problem.  I sent out a recurring meeting request for instance at 8AM... and later on, we decided that the meeting should start at 9AM... I noticed that every time there is an update, users have to click Accept... is there a way that I can force it so that the update is automatically updated on their calendars, instead of having them clicking Accept each time?  Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, just a thought. If they dont except the change there would be no way to know if they read it.

yes, it makes sense.  and I found an answer to my question though... that after attendees accepted your invite and you needed to make a change without having them to accept again, just click on the "Response Options" and uncheck "Request Responses"... then what they get is

. Accpeted by on... such date and time
. You do not need to respond to this update.  Microsoft Exchange has automatically updated your calendar

Thanks, BillBondo
