We have Lync 2013 On Premises setup, facing challanges to Add new users in Lync, its not showing in Control Panel.<br />
<br />
Tried to run &quot;Get-CsAdUser -Identity&quot; but for new created users its not reflecting, however for old ad account ( thoser are not lync enabled) is showing perfectly.<br />

Its happening few days back only.
