New AD Users unable to Sync with Lync 2013

Hi ,

We have Lync 2013 On Premises setup, facing challanges to Add new users in Lync, its not showing in Control Panel.

Tried to run "Get-CsAdUser -Identity" but for new created users its not reflecting, however for old ad account ( thoser are not lync enabled) is showing perfectly.

Its happening few days back only.

You mentioned old and new AD ? do you have replication working fine between them both?

on the new DC check what's the outcome of these commands and post them here please.

In Lync Front end server open eventviewer and navigate to Lync log on the left pane.

sorry for the late response. Yes this was happening due to ad replication only.
