My files are missing from my Folder Lock encrypted folder

I have installed Folder Lock7 on my PC and have been using it successfully for a few months.  Suddenly the encrypted folder doesn't have anything in it, but it's size is over 500 MB. How do I get my files back?

The files should be still there. You can try to unlock first and go to those files which are also generally stored in this directory: [Drive Letter]:\Folder Lock\Locker\. They are encrypted hence cannot see, but check out this suggested mean below. Otherwise may need some recovery tools like Yodot File Recovery or r-studio. Some other try re-installing and unlock again, and (if need to) use the search to find the the files you will need to know the name of the file you locked and as well search for hidden files.
