"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You ran chglogon /query from the console of the server you are trying to RDP to?

There is no GPO that sets that.  What version of Citrix?  Open the console, right click the server in the console, and look for the enable logons option.  I need to know the version in order to be more specific.

You don't have V5 installed on 2008 R2.

You either have 5.0/6.0 on 2008 RTM which was the last 32-bit OS or you have 6.5 on 2008 R2.

If you're on R2 have you tried to do a change logon /enalble from an administrative command prompt, using a user that is also a Citrix administrator? Local admin is always a good one for this.

Can you connect via RDP or do you get the same message?
