I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

in cell J12, you can put the formula:

=SUMPRODUCT(($E$2:$E$7=D12)*($H$2:$H$7=F12)*($I$2:$I$7))

and drag down accordingly,

I am confused with your lookup table so made some changes in it. See if this is what you are trying to achieve.

Formula used...

=INDEX($I$2:$J$3,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(($H$2:$H$3=F12),),0),MATCH(D12,$I$1:$J$1,0))

For details please refer to the attached workbook.
