Some Websites not Loading Properly

Hello,

Some of the websites are not loading properly on ALL devices (PCs, Macs) on home network (wired and wireless). Have tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE - same result. These same sites work fine on the same devices elsewhere (library, Starbucks etc.)

I have checked with the ISP (Xfinity). They could not resolve the issue. (Speed tests showed 100 Mbps wired, and 40+ Mbps wireless). I don't have a separate router. Just the Xfinity modem/router.

Have tried tips given here without resolution -

It looks to me like Norton Security is blocking some of the files for those web pages.  I say that because that Norton Security symbol is put up by Norton on your computer.  It is Not part of the web site.  I have Comcast and I have no problems with those pages.
He said that the same Device work OK on other networks.

There can be only 2 explanations.

You have something enabled on your wifi router or ISP has some smart web scanner.

If you have a Wifi router, try connect your PC directly to modem.
First did you check your DNS try to set DNS manually to 8.8.4.4, 4.2.2.3
Trace the sites you can't get
Run cmd tracert website.com
Hello
Are you using a VPN?

If yes this is the problem, try to access the web without using VPN and check
if no VPN exists, try to reset your router, it seems like a DNS problem with your router or your ISP like Benjamin said

Checked with the cable (wired connection). No improvement.

Drove to xfinity, switched their old modem with a new one. Connected, checked, all well (at least for now!)
