How to identify PCs on network requiring patching (windows update)

I have domain admin access to the network of roughly 100 PCs.  How can I quickly identify all PCs which are behind on their patching and, ideally, determine when Windows Updates were last applied?  The clients machines are XP (very view), W7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows 2012.

If it helps we have the latest Spiceworks installed.

I like the sound of this!

Before I update machines on the network I'm first looking to provide  a report of how many machines are not updated.  Is this possible?  That is to determine how far behind patching is providing a report without fixing it?
