Actually, it turned out that the firewall was stripping information between the 2007 and 2010 server that was in the end connecting to O365.<br />
So somehow the information of the new server never got to the client.

I have an Exchange 2007, with users on Outlook 2007 fully updated.<br />
I have made a hybrid configuration to O365 with an Exchange 2010 in between.<br />
My problem is that any given user that already has an Outlook profile on their computer, doesnt reconfigure servername in the profile.<br />
If I create a new profile in Outlook 2007, it just configures automaticly with the correct o365 servername.<br />
