Outlook 2007, reconfigure profile to O365.

I have an Exchange 2007, with users on Outlook 2007 fully updated.
I have made a hybrid configuration to O365 with an Exchange 2010 in between.
My problem is that any given user that already has an Outlook profile on their computer, doesnt reconfigure servername in the profile.
If I create a new profile in Outlook 2007, it just configures automaticly with the correct o365 servername.

Why is the Exchange 2007 not reconfiguring my clients?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Actually, it turned out that the firewall was stripping information between the 2007 and 2010 server that was in the end connecting to O365.
So somehow the information of the new server never got to the client.
