I am trying to format hundreds of account numbers with beginning and ending apostrophes and each number ending with a comma.<br />

I have the comma added as follows:=B2&amp;&quot;,&quot;<br />
I have the beginning apostrophe as follows: =&quot;'&quot;&amp;C2<br />
However I am not able to get the ending apostrophe or the two above to work properly.<br />

Data set currently has accounts as follows 100-100-100, I am looking to have all the data as '100-100-100', <br />
I need the data in this format for SQL import.<br />

However I am not able to get the ending apostrophe or the two above to work properly.
