Plot specific dates not all

Folks,
I have a worksheet with various, non-contagious dates. However, when I got to plot, the dates are inclusive from the beginning. For example, if the dates are 8/1, 8/15/ 8/17 the horizontal axes plots all dates from 8/1 - 817 even though there no data except in 8/1, 8/15 and 8/17

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right click on your horizontal axis and select Format Axis. Then on Axis Options, under Axis Type select Text Axis and you won't see any missing dates on horizontal axis.
