"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As this is clearly homework, else why would it be worth 80 points, you have to make a first attempt at the program and ask questions about where you're getting stuck.

See if this helps - it will give you the basic structure of calculating the numbers. Basically, you're just taking the input (seconds) and dividing by 60 for minutes, and dividing by 3600 for hours, then use the % command to give you the remainder.
