I know this is not a new question. I've just been able to get this to work. I have Windows 2008 Web Servers. I have a domain user that is a developer. This developer has Power User access to the Web Servers. This user needs the ability to restart IIS and related work. What is the best way to get this done without granting local administrator privileges? I've walked through some tech net scenario's before to no avail. I'm hoping we can do better!

Delegating admin privileges to IIS

IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems. All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.
