address list for Outlook 2010

I backed up my 2010 Outlook .pst file with a software program.  When I reinstalled the .pst file, the address list isn't there.  ie - when I email someone, and open the "To" option, no names/email addresses appear.  

Any Help would be appreciated.  Thanks -

It sounds as if Outlook is not using the Contacts in the reinstalled PST file as an Address Book. Here's a Microsoft support article that explains how to add it as an address book in Outlook 2010:
