Visual Studio Web Devdeloper 2013 Error

I just put up a website at that I built in Visual Studio 2013 Web Developer.
I used a new Web Forms project and chose "Web Forms" rather than an empty project
and have built quite a simple text based site so not sure what the error below means.....

Server Error in '/' Application.

Security Exception

You could try adding <trust level="Full" /> under <system.web> section of web.config file and see.

If I do that I get the following error

 Parser Error Message: This configuration section cannot be used at this path.  This happens when the site administrator has locked access to this section using <location allowOverride="false"> from an inherited configuration file.

An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
