We want a chat window that floats on/in/over a browser page where the chat window can be active and used without being taken away from the current browser page. The problem I have with some chat session software is that it requires the visitor to experience the chat in a separate tab. I want something that stays on the current browser page so the visitor can chat with our employees while staying engaged with the browser page.<br />
