Macro runs without listing all entries H:H>0

Hello Experts,
CreateSummary does not pick up all entries on each worksheet where column H>0.
For instance, using the date 8/20 in D1, on sheet WB(15) it skips cell H10 (value=6) and cell H30 (value=27) ; on sheet PL(25) it  skips cell H56 (value=6); however, on sheet PR(35) it picks up every entry H:H>0

@sktneer, originator, may have an insight on what may cause the inconsistency of results.
