Forwarding email to contacts group

Microsoft Outlook connected to a 2010 exchange server. I am trying to forward an email that I receive weekly to a group in my contact list. When I select the group in the rules manager i get a message that it can not use that "type" of group and would I like to add the members of the group Individually. This causes a lot of work when group membership changes. How do work around this "feature"?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The group is set up. The problem is that email rules will not allow use of it.

Here is a screenshot of the rule. When I set up the rule i tried to use a group "fishlists" to forward to. The wizard would not allow the use of the group it instead asked if I wanted to add addresses individually. I added them but this is not what I wanted. Email sends to the group just fine manually.

You need to have full admin access.
Are you able to change the default address book to the address where you group list is ?
Did you set up the contact group and then set up the forward to a group as shown in my first link post?

I will email exchange admin

As I have hosted exchange service it required that I add the emails I wanted to receive the forwards to the global address list as external emails through the outlook web interface, I then had to Create distribution lists on the server with the same interface and add the external emails to those ldistribution lists. The outlook lists are useless for this.
