Cisco Unified IP Phones alert on PC
Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to get a alert msg on PC desktop when i have a call from a Cisco Unified IP Phones model 6921?
Since I'm connected on the server since a cable from my IP phone, am i able to show a popup on my monitor every time i receive a call. This is if the phone is in mute mode, i would still have an alert on my desktop.

There is no built in way to have such a feature, unless you integrate Jabber, the client will notify you of an incoming call, but this adds a whole new set of capabilities and features than just a notification.
