1. RIght click on the start button

2. Select control panel from the drop down menu

3. Click on Programs > Programs and Features

4. Find the office application and uninstall.

In Windows 10 to uninstall office 2013 use following Steps:

Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner), and choose Control Panel.

Click Programs > Programs and Features.

Right-click the Office application you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.

Just for reference
Updating to Windows 10 can mess with some of the Office installation settings - including uninstalling the trial version.

The Control Panel route described is the preferred route but if you're having problems with that Microsoft also provide a FixIt tool that does this automatically (and also manual uninstall instructions).
