Well, it looks like you've been reading the forum threads out there. The error apparently may have to do with Microsoft's Visual C runtime library. Have you tried completely removing FM Pro 13 and doing a fresh install and update? This seems to have worked for some people.<br />

Also, is this happening with a FileMaker Runtime file created with FM Pro Advanced or just a regular .fmp12 file running in FileMaker Pro?
