excel tracker queries

Gurus ,

i would like your assistance on the attached excel

1. lets say i have three employees, which i need to track their utilization , how can i make it as a graph ?i tried to do it in pivot , as i couldnt make it . any advise  .

2. As you can see , i have provided status as open or closed , how can i change the entire row (where the text is present ) to be changed to red or green , when status is kept closed .

1-  do you want to show how many open cases each indivitual has?  in graph format?

2- i did not understand, you want the entire row coloured by condtional formatting when status is closed it would be green and when status is open then it should be red?  is that correct?

You can do something like this in the powerpivot and get the necessary results.. In additional i added this in the field list to give you a desired output..

1. I guess , i can find resource utlization with number of open and closed cases..thanks..
2. Related with color change , i dont want to color the whole cells , only from A till E . could you please advise of it ?

You can go to conditional formatting and change the range to by putting a:e there
