Office 365 Spam

We went over to Office 365 and most things have gone well, but I cannot get the forms filled out on our website and mailed to our admin staff to go in their Inbox, some do, but others that look exactly the same end up in their spam folder.  Does anyone have any idea of what I can look at.  I have uncheck the box for sending bulk mail in the spam folder, I have added our site address as an exception to always go into the Inbox, I have told the program to append (Spam) to spam letter instead of moving them.  I would appreciate any help to figure out how to fix this problem.
