Changing primary reply-to email address in Google Apps

We just added a second domain name as an alias in Google Apps.  We see that the system automatically creates an alias for each user's email account.  How do we change the primary reply-to email address from the original domain name to the newly added domain?  We setup each user's Outlook using the Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook tool.  Do we have to update each Outlook profile or can this be done on the server side as with Microsoft Exchange?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thank you Allen.  I have sent instructions to all 50 employees on how to do this on thier end.  I can't wait to move these guys to Office 365.  It is much more flexible.
