Unable to access AWS EC2 hosted in Virginia from west coast

I have created an AWS Ec2 server running windows 2012.  I can access the server from Atlanta and Florida but my developers in Portland and San Francisco can not via HTTP.  The server has its firewall turned off and I am using  the AWS security groups that points port 80 to my server.

Please advise

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

When accessing from Atlanta and Florida are you trying to connect via HTTP as well, or by another means?

Also, what do you have your Source set as in your Security Group? Is it set to a specific network for example, and if it does, does that allow for your developers access from their location?

Do you have any NACLs set up that could be restricting access?

Cheers,

I fixed the http problem from atlanta but when I try to http or rdp from my N Cal server to my server in Virginia I get no response using both the public and private ip address.

My staff on the west coast are still asleep.
