Backup Exec 2014 GRT folder change

Hi Experts,

I have to change my GRT Folder from C:\TEMP to D:\TEMP
When I check the backup Server Settings it is set to D:\TEMP.
I also have restarted all services but still not using it.

When I restore a mailbox from a tape the job is staging many GB to the old GRT TEMP folder C:\TEMP.

Do you know why ?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

did you change the option, clicking on Backup Exec Button | Configuration and Settings | Backup Exec Settings | Granular Recovery Technology ?
If not do it for backup and restore, and retry.
Recreate job if necessary.
