You cannot install vmware.
You can try KVM if your host OS is debian linux or something expensive:
http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/PowerPC
Sorry, it's not possible on power p570, or bladecenter or pureflex systems.

Vmware can be installed on IBM hardware, on pureflex INTEL x86 nodeflex ASAIK.
You can run Linux or AIX under LPAR which is kind of virtualisation included in AIX.
If you go with KVM you cannot have AIX guests.
Why have you selected that as the answer? I was first to tell you it can't be done.
Especially that it is inaccurate. Once can have SystemX blades and run vmware. (so it is fairly possible and certified in bladecenter and pureflex case to run vmware)

In short no because VMware is built for a different cpu architechture.
In your case you will have to use a PowerVM edition on a VIO server to be able to do this.

The Virtual I/O Server facilitates the sharing of physical I/O resources among client logical partitions within the server. The Virtual I/O Server provides virtual SCSI target, virtual fibre channel, Shared Ethernet Adapter, PowerVM Active Memory Sharing and PowerVM Client Partition Mobility capability to client logical partitions within the system. As a result, client logical partitions can share SCSI devices, fibre channel adapters and Ethernet adapters. With VIOS, you can expand the amount of memory available to logical partitions by using paging space devices, and also move AIX and Linux logical partitions from one system to another.
You can deploy XEN (linux on Linux) virtual machines using vCenter cloud plugin, but probably that is the closest you can "integrate" them
