I have strange behaviour of outlook 2010, causing problem for my CS user. We have common mailbox called Customer Service.
All CS department user are member of this CS mailbox and added to there outlook as second mailbox. All CS member on exchange server has full rights for ( manage mailbox & Send permission for Customer service mailbox ) when user reply any email from CS email address the send email goes into user send folder.. Rather then CS mailbox/email send folder.
All user have full manage access and send permission on exchange server 2010 .
Please advice to fix this problem.
