Group Policy Server 2012 Issue

Hello I have a windows 2012 server and for some reason it is not receiving the audit policy GPO...when I run the gpresult /z I get the 'access denied' error. No loopback setting enabled as well.

Although I noticed the GPO audit policy does not have a security filtering set to it. Should that be set to "authenticated users' to solve that 'access denied' error?

Please advise!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

yes please set it to authenticated users to solve the access denied issue and try to update the GP via cmd as run as admin.
