power shell login script, 2012 R2, remote access

I need users in specific GPO, when logging into server remotely to access only html page and restrict them only to this page

They would be access server through a fire wall, and once logging into the server they would then see a specific html page, and once they are done the page will log them off the server

so users under this group policy with connecting remotely will only see this page

please help, the server is a 2012 R2

set an application to run on startup in the remote desktop properties for that collection. ie.
 iexplore -k "c:\my documents\example.htm"

You need to setup a GPO for default home page. Once you have applied this policy to the user even if they are off the domain or working remotely using VPN they will still have the policy becaue it is saved in the profile settings.

You need to be careful with this because if you use an internal address for their home page when the users are external (not on the network) the home page will not resolve and this can ge annoying.

If you want to force a user to only go to a specific page then you will need to use NAP (Network Access Policy) or some sort of web filtering.
