Hello Scott & Meettechie;

I am finishing a future VSM (Value Stream Map).  The current state VSM is 5 rows of  8 1/2 X 11 pages top to bottom (42.5 inches) by 16 pages left to right (176 inches).  The future state VSM is 2 pages top to bottom by 16 pages left to right.  I am not able to reduce the VSM,  so when I print I get 48 blank pages ( 3 rows of 16 pages each).  Can you give me a hint or two on how to set up & not print these extra pages.

Try zooming way out so you can see the individual pages (if you can't see the page breaks: View>Show>Page Breaks) and then select the contents of the top two rows; if you don't have any shapes on the lower three rows, Ctrl+A should do it. See the graphic below for an example. In the print dialog, choose "Selection" as the page range.

Hello, Scott;

Thank you very much for the quick response.

I won't be able to try out your suggestion until tomorrow around noon - 1 PM.    But I believe I  understand what you are suggesting.

I'll let you know how it turns out tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks again.

Regards,

Good Afternoon, Scott;

Your suggestion worked out and I was able to print the VSM without all the extra blank pages.  Thank you so much.

Great -- I'm glad that worked.
