Website appearing incorrectly in Google search
G'day experts,
A client's website appears incorrectly in Google after entering a search of their business name, as follows:

Any idea what would be causing this? More to the point, what would you suggest we do to resolve this?
Looking forward to hearing your collective throughts...

Dave B, what browser are you using? Are you saying that you see neither the big blue WEBSITE, or even their URL in green?
I've checked both Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge (so, Windows 10) and it appears to have a big WEBSITE in blue where I would expect their business name to be. As I wasn't the one to set it up, I am unfamiliar on how to change this, however wonder if it might be something a can change via their cPanel?!

David, Was your first response supposed to be blank? I'm not being facetious in saying this- I wasn't sure it you were making a point that something was missing which shouldn't be. Is this where 'DEBASCA' should be?
ASKER
David, that index.php header section information looks right to me.

Thanks Dave, I get what you're saying now. From what I understand, up until a few days ago the word DEBASCA was in place of WEBSITE. So, would it be right to suggest that I need to have whoever manages the website to adjust this field in the appropriate place in the back-end of the site?

Thanks Dave. Your comments and assistance was helpful and much appreciated!
You're welcome. Google is pretty slow sometimes about updating listings.

Yeah, I would have hoped it would only take 24-48 hrs, but I guess not. Out of interest, what is the longest time you've known for these changes to take place? Just good to have a rough idea of a potential worst-case scenario.
Google scans web sites every 3 to 6 months unless there is a reason to scan them more frequently. If you join Google's Webmaster Tools, you can upload a 'sitemap' and that will usually get them to scan it sooner.

Thanks Dave, I might do that!
