HP Pavilion DV7-7010us not posting blinking caps lock

I have an HP Pavilion DV7-7010us Laptop that was dropped and suffered structural damage. I have replaced the bottom and the power jack pigtail harness. When I power on the laptop there is no post beep, no image on screen, and no image on external screen. The fan comes on, the optical checks, and the HDD spins up. The light next to the power jack is on, the charging indicator is on, the power on indicator is on. On the keyboard the WiFi indicator is orange and the CapsLock is blinking constantly at a regular interval. I have checked HPs blink codes and my blinks do not match up with any code. It is just a steady regular and constant blink. If anyone has encountered this issue and has a resolution any help would be much appreciated.

Try the battery reset method documented here http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Display-and-Video/Blinking-LEDs-and-Black-screen-HP-Pavilion-dv7-3111ea/td-p/1821889

Also try removing memory and swapping memory.

No guarantee that any of this will work.
