I was just having a read through the questions that I missed because I keep forgetting about this topic.
The word "exited" is the past tense of the verb "exit".  In context with the letter the correct word to use is the adjective "excited", meaning enthusiastic and eager.  mrwad99 picked up on this.  Just nit-picking, I know, but that's the nature of this topic ;-)
Yes, this is a nit-picky topic — and that's a good catch! I recollect the exited/excited typo and thought that I picked up on it, but that must have been in a different instance, as my answer clearly didn't in this case.
