I need to copy sysvol VOLUME  folder from C drive which is low on space to D drive on one of our DC

is there any method to do it OR  just simply copy the folder

You can do this manually using the following TechNet below.

However, Microsoft Recommends that you demote the domain controller and the re-promote it and change then location of the Sysvol and NetLogon Shares.
