Is it possible to create a site to site VPN between the public Internet and a MPLS network?

I have customer who has an MPLS network between 15 of their locations through their service provider.  My Office is not part of the MPLS network, I just have a normal internet circuit from the ISP that goes to my ASA5525X.  Is it possible for me to create a site to site VPN from my office, that is not part of the MPLS network, to the customers MPLS network?  I have several site to site VPN's configured on my ASA, but all are to offices that have a standardl internet circuit not MPLS.
