"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

With this formula
=TEXT(B2,0)

Or if you want it as numbers, change the format from General to Numbers without decimals.

If you want them to be text..Then you first need to format them as a text and then enter your values..then only it will be effective..So in the same option choose text and then enter values..You can't do it later since if you notice in your current values it removes zeros from starting

or start your values with single quotes like this '01234 it will automatically treat that value as text..

Use the formula above, and copy to get the entire range converted.
Then copy the result, and paste as values on top of the original cells.
Then delete the range with the formulas.

Then unfortunately if your values has 0 in the starting it will remove that even formula won't get it back as its already removed

Ejgil HedegaardCommented:
Insert the formula =TEXT(B2,0) in G2.
Copy G2 to G2:J5
Copy the cells now selected (G2:J5)
Select B2, right click, and use "Insert special"
In the dialogue box select Values, and Ok
Select G2:J2 (the formulas), and press Delete.

Then you will have the values in B2:E5 as text.
