IT Help Desk and Workflow software

Greetings IT pros,
I'm doing research for a new IT service desk application.  I'd appreciate any reviews and/or recommendations from the community!  Our criteria are:

-cloud based
-service desk (help desk) ticketing system integrates with Active Directory
-service desk integrates with workflows and a project management application
-robust support
-reporting and filtering to help us maintain our customer SLA

We're currently using Spiceworks, but we'd like something with more formal support.  I've been experimenting with Jira Agile and Jira Service Desk but am pretty disappointed in how Jira accommodates the above criteria.  Any suggestions from you IT professionals out there?
