automatically email an excel worksheet in the body of an outlook e-mail

Good Afternoon,

I have an Excel  worksheet that needs to be sent to my boss once a week.  It would be nice if Outlook and Excel performed this task automatically without opening the Excel file. The worksheet is password protected, if there are any workarounds for that parameter.

Again, I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
