I don't know of any free or dump material. In my experience, you're looking at around $3K-$5K for the training, and that should include a test.

This exam number is "SY0-401".
Do I have to go for training? Can this exam be passed without training? (but with study material)

There seems to be many PAID dump downloadable sites.

Do you recommend any for "SY0-401" downloads?

Thanks

Commented:
I don't know of any downloads, so I can't recommend any.

But as for studying and passing, it's certainly possible. I've earned my CISSP and CEH, both without any training, but all with self-study. You can do it.

Sean,
Thanks for your message and that's great of you to have CISSP & CEH.

Would you recommend any study material for "SEC-401" exam?
I my last message I mentioned exam number as "SY0-401", which is wrong (sorry for that)
Actually exam # is "SEC-401"

I would greatly appreciate if you can provide any kind of guidance for the exam.

Thanks

If you can find any resources that are directly related to the test, I would make note cards for any information, techniques, or acronyms you aren't familiar with. With all these security tests, there are always many acronyms you need to know.

Good luck.
