"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this:

This is a reminder before the first PR payout that will occur on Friday September 4th 2015.  We urgently need to obtain the personal information of each promoter: for this reason, can I ask you to provide the name, address and social security number of each PR before 4th September.  We will be unable to cut any check to a PR whose information we receive after this date.

Thank you for understanding and help in gathering this important information,

Hi Italiabella,

Dear Partners,

This is an important reminder. The first PR payout is on Friday, September 4th — tomorrow! If you haven't given it to us yet, we urgently need the personal information of each promoter. Please provide the full first name, last name, address and social security number of each PR. We must have this today, as we are not able to cut a check for anyone who has not provided this personal information. Thank you for your help and understanding.
