Why do I have to restart the print spooler service every time I want to print for the first time that day

I have a networked Lexmark C734, which used to work without any issues. But, for some reason every time I want to print for the first time in a day I have to restart the print spooler service after which the printer will then work fine until the computer and printer are turned off. The next time they are turned on I have the very same issue where any items to print will just sit in the active printers/documents pending till the print spooler is restarted.

I have attached a file showing my settings in the print spooler. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
